At Home

Physiotherapy at a patient's home also known as home-based physiotherapy or domiciliary physiotherapy involves delivering rehabilitation and therapeutic services in the comfort of the patient's residence. This can be highly beneficial for elderly individuals(geriatric), patients with mobility issues or those recovering from surgery, injury or chronic illnesses.

What we do?

  • Initial Assessment:
Evaluate the patient's physical condition, mobility, pain levels, strength and range of motion.
Review medical history, medications and doctor's recommendation(if any).
Set short term and long term therapy goal.

  • Personalized Treatment Plan:
Design a therapy plan based on the condition.
Adjust the plan as the patient progresses.

  • Home Environment Assessment: Therapists can assess the patient’s living space and suggest modifications to prevent re-injury and falls.
